Positive Press for Chiropractic

Foundation for Chiropractic Progress, or F4CP is a non profit organization that is run by chiro veterans that are volunteering their time to promote the profession that they have already devoted their lives to.
Past campaigns have been very successful and have even included endorsements by MDs and Ms Fitness USA, Sarah Harding! Every dollar that is raised by this foundation is spent on marketing material from guerrilla advertising to now advertisements running in Sports Illustrated and USA Today. The foundation needs your help to continue with their efforts as well as expand their reach and scope. Please check out their site for more information and help to support (even I am a supporter!) a truly wonderful organization that is fighting to promote a wonderful profession.

The Morning Banana Diet is the new fad diet exploding through Japan after news that a famous celebrity lost 15 pounds after 6 weeks on the diet. This diet is so popular that all supermarkets in Tokyo are out of bananas by 3 in the afternoon!
The diet involves eating a banana, or two, or three, with a glass of warm water for breakfast. Then, eat anything you want for lunch and dinner as long as dinner is before 8 PM. It’s very simple, even a 3 PM snack is acceptable! There are two catches, no dessert after meals and you must go to bed before midnight.
The Morning Banana Diet was created by Sumiko Watanabe to help boost her husband’s metabolism. According to the Morning Banana Diet website (not associated with the Watanabe’s), some theories as to why this diet works include, digestive enzymes, increased bowel movements, proper eating times, and filling properties of the banana. There is some controversy whether or not this diet works or not, but as to if it does, Mr. Watanabe ended up loosing 37 lbs.
